It was my first purchase with Jacques du Manoir and I must say that the e-commerce site is really well structured, clear and easy to browse. Everything went smooth and fast, from product selection to payment. The delivery was even better, much quicker than expected. I just had a problem with Italian Custom clearance that took additional days to comply with idiot requests: I had to declare the manufacturing material of the watchband !!
