I bought a watch just like this one while I was in Switzerland almost 2 years ago and recently lost it. I bought this one as a replacement and I'm going to try to forget that this isn't the one I bought IN Switzerland. Lol.

It was my first purchase with Jacques du Manoir and I must say that the e-commerce site is really well structured, clear and easy to browse. Everything went smooth and fast, from product selection to payment. The delivery was even better, much quicker than expected. I just had a problem with Italian Custom clearance that took additional days to comply with idiot requests: I had to declare the manufacturing material of the watchband !! I put lot of efforts to understand the rationale of this request: still thinking! Congratulations and...keep going this way!
